FEATURES OF VENTILATION OF ARC WELDING WORKPLACES IN SMALL ROOMS

It is proposed to consider the device of an integrated ventilation system that combines local exhaust welders' workplaces and general premises as main direction normalizing parameters air environment when performing arc welding. When organizing welding rooms limited dimensions, it necessary have possible effect drift flows. increases a result joint operation devices. The effectiveness devices for posts analyzed. depends on space-planning solutions, relative position supply devices, well peculiarities technological operations. For specific example room, optimal variant organization stations found. fields mobility, its temperature concentration harmful impurities been calculated by computer modeling. factors influencing efficiency are revealed combinations providing maximum permissible emissions in working zones welders established. conditions determined under which exchange suction sufficient maintain room at MPC level. results obtained can be used develop engineering methods calculating optimizing systems, analyze structural design solutions electric industries. Investigations processes propagation aerosols production area carried out means experimental measurements, simulation using Ansys Fluent software hydrodynamic package.
